Arch Enemy (Sweden FTW)

After playing my own share of the literally rocking game called Guitar Hero, I got to know a lot of new bands: I never knew that Italy could rock so hard as it did on GH IV (with Nuvole E Lenzuola, lit. Clouds and Sheets) and I won't ever think wrong about Ozzy Osbourne again... well, maybe a bit.

One band, however, really presses my buttons. It's a Swedish band that really touches the whole reason for playing Guitar Hero. Its name is Arch Enemy, and the one song it gave GH was so rock&roll that it just had to be the final boss of GH VI.

The one thing that was really strange once I researched on Arch Enemy was the singer: apparently Germans have a knack for giving Metal songs the Death growl, but this singer is quite the mind screw-up... or at least it was for me.

Her name is Angela Gussow.

Yeah, total mind screw-up. She is (quoted from Wikipedia):
one of the few successful female metal singers to use growling as her primary singing style.
Don't believe me? Or  Wikipedia? Look at this:

Makes me think that this is the one girl that inherited Christian Bale's Batman's severe case of throat cancer.

"I don't have throat cancer!!" *punch*
